Meditation before a Quantum MedBed® session is not mandatory, but it can be beneficial. A short 5–10 minute meditation helps slow the mental pace and open to energetic reception. It can simply consist of observing your breath, relaxing your shoulders, and connecting to a gentle intention such as “I open to peace.”

This preparation creates continuity between consciousness and technology: the Quantum MedBed® works more effectively when the body is receptive and the mind is calm. You can also take a meditative walk, listen to soft music, or simply sit in silence before the session. This moment of introspection is not a requirement but an invitation.

Meditation prepares the vibrational field and makes the session smoother. However, even without it, the Quantum MedBed® adjusts to your inner state with intelligence and care. In accordance with Law 31, it operates within the scope of energetic well-being and not medicine.
