Each product is designed to accompany the individual through a personalized vibrational process, without any medical intent, diagnosis, or treatment. All Orgo-Life® services strictly comply with Quebec's Law 31 and applicable international regulations governing non-medical wellness practices.

6. Irrevocable non-refund policy and waiver of withdrawal rights

Due to the personalized, custom, and vibrationally unique nature of each Orgo-Life® product, no refunds, credits, returns, or exchanges are allowed after order validation. The client expressly waives any withdrawal rights under exceptions applicable to goods manufactured according to consumer specifications (Quebec LPC and international law).

7. Complete legal liability limitation

Orgo-Life® shall not be held responsible for any perceived, subjective or objective results from the use of vibrational products. The company disclaims all liability for personal expectations, unmet results, or misinterpretations of medical nature.The user remains solely responsible for the voluntary personal use of vibrational products.

8. Full medical neutrality and Law 31 compliance

Orgo-Life® does not issue diagnoses, does not replace any medical treatment, and does not constitute a substitute for conventional medical consultation. 9. Explicit consent, waiver, and client declaration

By placing an order, the client:

• Declares having read and understood all these policies;
  - Acknowledges the purely vibrational, non-medical nature of the services;
  - Irrevocably waives any lawsuits, refund requests, judicial disputes, or future claims;
  - Commits to personally respecting the proposed vibrational protocols without altering parameters or deriving medical interpretations.

10. Exclusive legal jurisdiction and applicable law

Any dispute or disagreement shall be governed exclusively by the applicable laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. The exclusive jurisdiction will be that of the courts of the judicial district of Sherbrooke (Quebec), excluding any other territory.

11. Revisions and contractual adjustments

Orgo-Life® reserves the right to revise, adapt, or modify its commercial policies at any time, without notice, in accordance with evolving applicable laws.
