Measure your progress with the Quantum MedBed® Orgo-Life® gently, without performance. Keep a simple journal after each session: three lines are enough to note sleep, morning energy, general mood, concentration, creativity, relationship to stress.
Observe trends, not details: an overall curve of peace, clarity, and vitality is worth more than an isolated number. Add a subjective 0–10 indicator (peace, presence, joy) to visualize evolution without rigidity. Also note micro-signs: deeper breathing, easier decisions, smoother relationships, the return of pleasure.
Capture your days with keywords (“light,” “centered,” “inspired”) rather than with norms.
Avoid comparing two sessions as if they were two performances: energy follows cycles; some days integrate, others radiate. Give yourself 24–72 hours before evaluating a session, the time integration needs to settle. If an emotional passage occurs, record it as a release, not a regression. All these indicators are qualitative, oriented toward inner coherence.
The Quantum MedBed® awakens self-listening: the best measure is the peace that takes root in daily life. Under Law 31, these observation practices pertain to well-being and do not claim medical evaluation; they support your autonomy and awareness of progress.
