3. Warranty Coverage
3.1 Coverage
This warranty covers:
• All parts and labor for three (3) years from the date of purchase.
• Manufacturing or component defects affecting functionality.
• Proper vibrational performance under normal use.
3.2 Exclusions
Not covered:
• Normal wear (transformers, cables, electrodes).
• Cosmetic deterioration with no effect on function.
• Damage due to misuse, non-approved chargers, power surges, falls, or water exposure.

3.3 Battery
Each unit includes a rechargeable 9 V DC lithium-ion battery and a dedicated transformer.

5. Service Procedure
1. Contact your retailer or an authorized Orgo-Life® service partner.
2. Download and complete the Warranty & Return Form (PDF) from www.orgo-life.com.
3. Attach your invoice and a photo of the product.
4. Ship the device (shipping costs borne by the customer).
Processing time: 7–10 business days upon receipt.
Depending on evaluation, the unit will be repaired, replaced, or refunded (if discontinued).
