Step 1 — Prepare the case
Gather the dated warranty form, invoice, product IDs, a problem description, and photos/videos if helpful. This prevents gaps and speeds analysis.
Step 2 — Send the request (recommended method: email)

Attach all documents. If you prefer, call +1 514-293-8922 to announce the email and get help with required items.
Step 3 — Acknowledgment and case number
You’ll receive a confirmation with your case number. Keep it for all follow-up. If something’s missing, you’ll be asked at this stage.
Step 4 — Remote checks
Depending on the case, the team may suggest simple tests (reset, connection checks, usage conditions) to differentiate adjustment from product defect and avoid unnecessary returns.
Step 5 — Product return (if required) & RMA authorization
If a return is needed, you’ll receive an RMA with packing instructions and return address. Pack securely (rigid box, padding, only requested accessories). On-site returns are by appointment at 11 rue Rose, Amagogue, QC, J1X 6B7.
Step 6 — Resolution and confirmation
After receipt and evaluation, the team proceeds per current warranty terms (e.g., repair, replacement, other solution) and emails a confirmation summarizing resolution and any next steps.
