As you know, this is not a conventional resale model between private individuals. The Orgo-Life® Quantum MedBeds fall under a licensed and regulated technology, where manufacturing, supervision, and legal compliance remain under the exclusive responsibility of Orgo-Life® and its legal framework.

It is essential to remember that each Orgo-Life® Sentinel who has obtained an Orgo-Life® Quantum Energy MedBed Technology® has received a privileged and rare opportunity: access to a cutting-edge quantum energy technology that is still largely inaccessible to the general public. This is not merely a product purchase, but a true opportunity to be at the forefront of a transformative advancement, supporting clients on a path to deep, lasting, and responsible well-being.

• Access to this equipment is not simply a financial right.

Conditions for Resale (Clear Summary)

1. Yes, the physical MedBed and its accessories may be sold.
2. The license of operation is nominative and does not automatically transfer.
3. The new buyer must sign a new official contract with Orgo-Life®.
4. A personal certificate of compliance will be issued to the new Sentinel.
5. Extended warranty (10 years) on all Orgo-Life® quantum accessories and devices is maintained through the annual renewal of the license.
6. Annual membership fees apply to the new operator (360 USD + taxes).
7. Official approval from Orgo-Life® is mandatory before any commercial use.
