11. Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Every case is handled individually to ensure fair and efficient resolution.
No merchandise will be accepted without prior written authorization.
Unauthorized returns are subject to a 15 % restocking fee.

All loss or damage claims must be reported within 5 days of receipt.

12. Return Conditions

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, any loss in value will be deducted.
The RETURN & WARRANTY FORM (PDF) must be filled out and approved before any action.
Without this document, no resolution can be processed.

13. Shipping and Delays

All shipments include a tracking number and insurance coverage.
Customers are responsible for any import duties or customs fees in their country.
We can offer prepaid customs clearance if arranged before purchase.

14. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If a shipment appears delayed, missing, or lost, please contact us immediately.
We will open an investigation with the courier (standard 10-business-day period).
After this period, customers may choose between:

1. Full refund, or
2. Expedited replacement shipment (tracked and insured).
   You decide the most convenient solution.
