SECTION 1: FUNDAMENTAL PRINCIPLES
- The physical Orgo-Life® MedBed Quantum Energy Technology® kit belongs to the reseller and may be freely sold.
- The license to use and operate the Orgo-Life® brand and the MedBed trademarks is nominative, governed by an official contract, and is not automatically transferable.
- Any person wishing to commercially operate an Orgo-Life® Quantum MedBed must sign a new contract with Orgo-Life® and receive official approval.
SECTION 2: RESALE PROCEDURE
- The reseller must inform Orgo-Life® before any transfer of ownership and submit the full contact details of the potential buyer.
- Orgo-Life® performs a compliance verification of the buyer.
- The new buyer must complete and sign the official Orgo-Life® Independent Therapist/Reseller Contract.
- The new buyer must pay the annual fees:
- $120 for the annual operating license
- $240 for advertising and official directory listing
- Total annual fees: $360 (+ taxes)
- A Certificate of Compliance is then issued to the new reseller.
SECTION 3: WHAT IS TRANSFERABLE
- Physical equipment: the Orgo-Life® Quantum MedBed, accessories, modules, posters, and display material.
- Physical promotional materials received during the initial enrollment.
- Training documents may be passed on for reference (with no contractual value).
SECTION 4: WHAT IS NOT TRANSFERABLE
- Access to Orgo-Life® web accounts, platforms, or IT systems.
- Orgo-Life® email addresses tied to the original reseller.
- The personal certificate number of the original reseller.
- Past network history or commissions.
SECTION 5: CONTRACTUAL RESPONSIBILITIES AFTER RESALE
- The new buyer operates exclusively under their own independent contract.
- The former reseller remains responsible for their past commitments and declarations.
- Any unauthorized use of the Orgo-Life® brand is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of rights.
- The buyer cannot operate under the Orgo-Life® brand without explicit written authorization.
SECTION 6: LEGAL FRAMEWORK AND BRAND PROTECTION
- It is strictly forbidden to make healing promises or medical claims (in compliance with Law 31).
- All public communications must exclusively use approved Orgo-Life® formulations.
- Absolute respect of fixed pricing and Orgo-Life® pricing policies.
- It is formally forbidden to mix the Orgo-Life® brand with competing products.
- Mandatory use of official visuals, logos, and approved documentation provided by Orgo-Life®.
SECTION 7: TERRITORY AND REPRESENTATION
- The currently authorized territory is Canada.
- Any international expansion requires specific approval (e.g., new centers in California, Costa Rica, and Mexico).
CONCLUSION
The resale of an Orgo-Life® Quantum MedBed kit is permitted only when the official procedure is fully respected. The Orgo-Life® model functions under a protected contractual structure, guaranteeing security, legality, and fairness for all.
